Dr. Muhammad Asif, having 5 years of postdoc experience, is an overseas high-level talent introduced by Shanxi University, and an expert scholar who has been engaged in cutting-edge scientific research in the field of nanomaterials coupled with electrochemistry for many years. He has graduated from School of Chemistry and chemical Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2017. He has gained rich experience in synthesizing 2D materials and developing (bio)sensors through his research endeavors, and has presided over many nanomaterials-based sensor research and development projects. His main research interests include fine 2D material synthesis, improvement of the synthesis pathways of nanomaterials, development of multifunctional metal oxides/hydroxide materials, and design and application of highly selective sensing platforms.
