介绍:
开发了多种新型光敏剂,具有优异的光物理化学性质和生物相容性,可高效产生活性氧,用于肿瘤的光动力治疗。对染料分子进行功能化修饰,赋予其新的性质和功能,拓展其在生物成像、疾病诊断和治疗等领域的应用。检测气体信使分子NO荧光探针的设计合成和生物应用。 研究结果分别以第一作者发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, Biomaterials,Chem. Sci.,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 和J. Mater. Chem. B上。
