李爱平1988.1,女,博士,山西大学中医药现代研究中心副研究员,硕导。研究方向:基于代谢组学的药食同源中药质量控制及肾病药理研究。以第一作者和通讯作者先后发表论文38篇,SCI收录21篇,SCI二区及以上7篇。主持国家自然基金青年项目1项,博士后基金1项及多项省部级项目。荣获三晋英才科技创新领域青年拔尖人才荣誉称号(2025年)。兼任中国药理学会中药与天然药物药理专委会青年委员、山西省药理学会药物代谢组学专委会委员,担任Journal of Ethnopharmacology、European Journal of Pharmacology、Nutrition & Metabolism、《中草药》等多个期刊的审稿人。
